HOW TO RESERVE
Online Request for Information
A reservation deposit of 50% of the rent must accompany your reservation form in order for the reservation to be validated.

If you cannot access this form, please contact us. A confirmation will be mailed or faxed to you, stating the balance of rent, 10.5% transient occupancy tax and amount of security/cleaning deposit required for the specific unit reserved. The total amount due must be received in our office 30 days prior to your check-in date.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept personal checks for deposits and payments made prior to 30 days of your arrival date. All monies received within 30 days of a reservation date must be in the form of a cashiers check, money order or travelers check. U.S. funds only, please; no foreign checks and/or monies can be accepted.
